NVC for healing & Empowerment

Women from the north of Lanka (former war zone) who are part of an year long “women and leadership” program. The NVC training is to support them in handling their emotions and challenges living in war and post war context, grow their skills in conflict resolution, community building and build their capacity for engaging in social change and nonviolent activism in their very complex and challenging setting. Continuing training from Jan 2016 to the next group of women leaders in the program as well as following up with previous group. I am truly inspired, moved and grateful to be able to support them and contribute to them, even in a small way.
