We focus on the human elements of organizations — enhancing relationships among staff, between staff & management, between the organization & its clients and other constituents. At the simplest level, we focus on teaching tangible communication skills so that people within the organization are able to avoid the types of communication & thinking that leads toward alienation and mistrust (e.g. blame, criticism, demands) and to learn a communication process that is most likely to connect people and inspire trust & a willingness to contribute.
Our work is based on the principles of Nonviolent Communication, developed by the late Marshall Rosenberg who founded the Center for Nonviolent Communication.

We offer public and private trainings in this communication process, helping individuals and organizations to build skills for connecting across differences and for resolving conflicts in a way that honors the humanity of everyone involved.

We also offer coaching and conflict mediation, to help people develop their capacities for creative cooperation.
